To help prevent fraud and unauthorized debits to your accounts or charges on your VISA Credit Card, it is important to notify us immediately if your card is lost or stolen.

Debit Cards - Shazam Mastercard branded

Shazam Debit Cards:  Lost, Stolen, Fraud, Card Replacement, Transaction Questions, and Travel Notes

Many services are available 24 Hours a day by calling 1-800-383-8000.
To report fraud or discuss transactions that appear fraudulent, please call 1-800-383-8000.  During Office Hours call 309-343-1777.
To report a lost or stolen Shazam Mastercard Debit Card, call 1-800-383-8000. During Office Hours call 309-343-1777.
Online Banking users can login, go to your checking account, and Freeze your card, then call us during office hours at 309-343-1777.

Shazam Debit Cards:  Activate or Change the PIN

You can activate your Debit Card or Change the PIN by calling the number on the card.

As ot March 1, 2026, Gale Credit Union VISA Debit Cards will be expired.  Contact our office to obtain the new Shazam MasterCard Debit Cards.
